This location is the home of our Research and Development Brewery. Specialty brewers and employees alike work together to create innovative recipes every single day. Similarly, our chefs are constantly updating our cuisine, as we believe high quality beer deserves high quality food. Enjoy our outdoor patio, three private cabanas (available for rent), and big screen TVs - perfect to watch your favorite sports teams. Tours of our R&D brewery are available daily.

Discover our private and intimate dining experience, The Kettle Room. Nestled within our Tasting Room, enjoy an eclectic brewery ambiance, dedicated table service, and a one-of-a-kind culinary menu paired with award-winning beers. Seatings are by reservation only (via OpenTable), open Thursday through Sunday, 6pm -10pm.
